28 degrees, sunny, wind 5 knots... perfect day for taking the boat out. We leave the harbour around 11 am and go towards the southern end of Fraser Island.
There we throw out the anchor and have a swim. The boys do some snorkeling.
After we had our lunch we decide to give the water-skis a try. Jasper goes first. After 3 or 4 attempts he gets the hang of it and can actually get up and hang on for a couple of hundred meters.
Tom tries too but without any luck, he keeps losing the skis.
It is already 3 pm when we leave and head back north. We anchor again in front of a beautiful beach and stay there a while to do some more swimming.
Then we head towards Woody Island where we throw out a line and hope to catch some fish, but no luck this time.
We were back at the harbour around 4.30 pm. The end of a beautiful Sunday.
